Hyderabad: The Gujarati diamond merchant sends US returned son to Hyderabad only to feel the struggling life of a common Man, Hitarth Dholakia 23 year old Son of a Gujarati diamond merchant and a member of a family owns an Rs.6000 crore company in Surat with the existence in 71 countries. That, Just a month before his identity was not the same, but he was a common man struggling to get a livelihood in and around the streets of Hyderabad.
The Hitarth Dholakia completed his Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) from a reputed university of New York (USA). He was returned to home in Mumbai in the month of June and while he was settling his family asked him to go for a walking life to earn the real education of life and it was a real challenge for the young man as he was never used too for this type of life. Conversely he been away from family for educational purpose for about three years but he had no money or luxury crunch there in USA.
The life change without knocking, he along with family was on his way to airport Hitesh Dholakia was not at all aware about his next day life. At airport only he came to know that he is going to Hyderabad where he has to earn his life for subsequently one month. The Hitesh was unaware about where Hyderabad city locates and what is the language and way of life in the city. I was anxious but felt positive with Rs. 500 in my pocket and no mobile phone or any other luxury with me; I reached Hyderabad and started my new way of life.
The Hitesh has one side the challenge and other side has to make his livelihood in Hyderabad city for one month and he had to find new job in each week separately from arranging his food, clothing and shelter.
The Hitesh cannot use his family name or anything related to his original identity including his educational qualifications and he has to hide his original identity whole month.
The Hitesh said that I am US educated youth with a skill of Private pilot license and certificate holder of GIA Diamond Grading but not anything was helpful for me in Hyderabad city and from next moment onward I started searching job as I very less amount of money, luckily I got a lodge in Secunderbad by paying Rs. 100 and I was in a sharing room with 17 persons in the lodge. The next challenge is to find the job and after three day of hard struggle I got a job in a multinational food unit and I immediately joint, they paid a salary of Rs 4000/-. And as a challenge I had to work and I did for five days and then left the job. Further It was Hitesh second week in Hyderabad, Telangana.
The Hitarth is younger in his 8 brothers and 7 sisters had to find a new job. he said he was Lucky that he very soon found a marketing job in a white board manufacturing unit and again he worked for another five days and earned Rs.1500/- as wage and his journey continued and in four week he changed four new jobs and altogether earned Rs.5000/- till the completion of his challenge.
The Dholakia Family is following this tradition of sending their kids for such a separate from many years and Pintu Tulis Bhai Dholakia 31 year old was first in the family who experienced this kind of real life and at present Pintu is the CEO of Hari Krishna Exports Pvt Ltd and In the same manner last year family had sent its 21-year-old MBA son to Kochi of Kerala to learn the real life of a common man.
The Gujarat, Surat-based billionaire diamond merchant Savji Dholakia along with his 32 family members run the business group, which is known for its employee relations feeling. That, last year in Diwali the company had gifted 400 flats and 1260 cars to its employees about 1716 best performers employees as bonus. In the year 2015 the company had gifted 491 cars and 200 flats to the employees. Similarly in the year 2014 the company has gifted 491 cars, funds for 207 flats and jewelry to 1200 employees.
