Ranchi: An incident which takes place in Jharkhand makes disturbed to everyone, A one year old baby (shyam Kumar) son of santosh Kumar in Jharkhand at Rajendra Institute of Medical Science (RIMS) on Sunday requested the lab staff to conduct the scan but hospital staff member refused to conduct a CT scan because of Rs. 50 short of the fee.
The actual cost of the CT scan is Rs. 1,350 and his father had Rs. 1,300, by seeing the child abnormal condition, His father phoned a friend who rushed over with the extra money needed, but by then, the child had died, police making an investigation over the administration of the hospital.
