Hyderabad: the Two Dubai Nationals Held for luring Indian Women in the Name of Marriage, the Mailardevpally Police arrested two brothers from UAE for cheating woman in the name of marriage, the accused Salim Obaid Saeed Shamlan Aljabibi, 52-year-old and his brother, Obed Saeed Shamlan al-Alababi, 48-years-old had come to the Hyderabad from Dubai.
The Salim Obaid had come to Hyderabad on 10th August and a broker Mohd Shafi helped him in choosing a 30-year-old woman from Melidevapalli for marriage. That, on 17th August, Qazi Mohd Habib Ali of Pahadishri made the contract marriage. The accused Salim Obaid paid Rs.70, 000 to the broker, who in turn paid Rs.40, 000 to the woman’s family and assured the women’s parents that their daughter would lead a happy life and did not disclose their evil intentions of exploitation, The Qazi took the signature of the woman and her parents on a Stamp papers and they told that the documents have been sent to Mumbai to receive marriage certificate from the UAE Embassy, Dy. Commissioner, Shamshabad, said.
The Melaredevalli Police registered case in Cr. No. 764/2017, under Section 420, 493,370,370-A, 109, 511 IPC and arrested the accused persons, two Dubai citizens, Broker and Qazi and the accused persons was send to Judicial Custody and further investigation is going-on. DCP Said.
