Hyderabad: The Seerat Un Nabi (Saw) Academy lodges a complaint before Dy. Commissioner of Police, South Zone, Hyderabad, against RSN Singh and Times Now Channel for Intentionally Insulting Prophet Hazrath Mohammed (saw), Hazrath Ayesha (RZ) and Muslims by Profane Comments, disturbing peace and communal harmony, hurting religious sentiments of Muslims and conspiracy to defame Islam.
The Seerat Un Nabi (Saw) Academy alleged that A debate by name “Dawa Squads Unleashed to stalk Hindu Girl? Was live telecasted on Times Now a renowned English News Channel of India on 30th August 2017 with Rahul Shiv Shanker, Editor in Chief Times Now, the panelist RSN (former RAW Officer) had deliberately insulted Prophet Hazrath Mohammed (saw) by making his profane comments which have hurt the religious sentiments of Muslims throughout the globe.
Further RSN Singh has used derogatory language for the most revered personality in Islam after “ALLAH” during the discussion he intentionally goes on make insane and false comments about the revered wife of the Prophet Mohammed (saw) Hazrath Ayesha (RZ) accusing her of murdering Hazrath Ali (RZ), Such view of a person has not only insulting the prophet (Saw) but also they had hurt the religious sentiments of Muslims, defame the conspiracy of Islam and tried to disturb the peace and communal harmony of the country, it is very sad that the said infamous channel have allowed an individual to insult the Prophet Muhammed (Saw) and the said channel is equally liable for all the said offenses. Still the copy of the show is available on the website of Times Now Channel and it is being circulated on social Media as well, they request to register a case against them for making such comments.
The Dy. Commissioner of Police, South Zone V. Satyanarayan said that the police will register the case under relevant Section Under 153A 295 IPC and strict action will be taken as per Laws.
The Syed Ghulam Samdani Ali Quadri after lodging the complaint said that the Police assured strict action against them and he appeals the Telangana government and the Police to take immediate strict action against the accused persons and Muslim will not keep silent against this kind of heinous act and to maintain peace in the country.
