Hyderabad: The 19-Year-old Girl Allegedly Raped in Prashath Theatre at Secunderabad while watching watch the movie “Padmavath”. The accused person Kandakatla Bikshapathi S/O Srihari, 23-year-old, Occ: JCB Driver R/O H.NO. 8-85/2, Yellamma Bazar, Narmetta (V) (M) Jangaon District.
The victim girl 19-years-old studied up to Intermediate. Two months back the accused Bikshapathi came into her contact through facebook and became friends. About 20 days back they both met at Swathi Hotel, Secunderabad Railway Station and went to accused sister’s house at Jagathgirigutta. That, on 29.01.2018 at about 11.00 AM the accused called the victim over phone and asked her to come to Swathi Hotel, Secunderabad. After that they both went to Indira Park, moved there up to 1.45 PM. Later, they came to Secunderabad and went to Prashath Theatre to watch the movie “Padmavath”. While movie was in progress the accused forcibly raped her against her will as there were no other audience nearby seats. On the complaint of victim, a case was registered vide Cr. No. 13/2018 U/S 376 IPC, Police Station Market.
The Market Police arrested the accused person on 31.01.2018 and produced before the Honoruable court on 01.02.2018 and remanded to judicial custody. Action is being initiated against the owner of “Prashanth Theatre” for their negligence.
