Hyderabad: As an international airport, it is considered to have top security, but it did not stop five people from sexual harassing an air hostess on Saturday night. The Sources at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport said that when the air hostess working with Indigo was returning home after completing her duties, five alcoholic youths from Banjara Hills and Ameerpet teased and harassed. She reached the nearby traffic police booth, near the terminal and asked for help. “In the pre-paid taxi section, two traffic police on duty rushed after the air hostess to nab the eve-teasers and handed over to the RGIA police post,” the source said.
The Air hostess demanded that the men should touch her feet and apologize. The drunken youths did this and requested her not to lodge the police case because it was a mistake in the effect of alcohol. The drunken youths were taken to the Shamshabad police station for further investigation. The Police said that they have not received any complaints from the victim.
