New Delhi: The Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday stopped his speech for Azaan during his visit after the party’s impressive victory in Tripura of the new BJP central office.
Immediately after the start of his speech, Modi asked the gathering of enthusiastic party workers that he was waiting for ‘Azaan’, loyal to the prayers of Muslims, for a hearing from a mosque.
The Prime Minister resumed his speech with the slogan of “Bharat Mata ki Jai “. PM Modi also asked the gathering assemblies to keep silence in the memory of party workers who had lost their lives in political violence in Tripura and other leftist states.
That, many l workers have spent their lives, only because of their ideology, our innocent workers have been killed, but poor and illiterate have responded with their vote,” Modi said.
While the BJP won a massive victory in Tripura, it improved its performance in Nagaland and Meghalaya.
